22x12 will fit up to two adult sized 10–11-inch side by sided.
For every 10 inch you add you will be able to fit another 2 side by side.
Use this as a guide to help you figure out how long of a sheet you will need.
We encourage everyone to please always order at least 1 extra copy of each design you are printing. Our transfer can have 200% success rate; however, you are still doing the pressing at the end of the day yourself, and human or machine error can still happen. With an extra copy you will be able to redo the press without having to buy another sheet. We may be close by the time you start the project.
You may use our Gang Sheet online builder to help set up your sheet or email your file to get them set up for you.

Unless you cancel before your print is printed, we will not refund you if order is not canceled before production started.

Ordering Process for our valued customers

If you did not, Send the files via therossdesign@gmail.com or upload file.
You will need to send us your gang sheet ready to print!
If you need us to gang your images, we can do so for a free. Please contact us for this.
If you choose to let us fill the sheet, all files must be in PNG format, and email to us in detail which design will be what sized. So that we can sized correctly for you.
Failure to send us the correct information will extend your time from getting your order done and ship to you on time.
Below is a good size rule to use as a guide.
Pocket size/Front left chest = 3.5 to 4 inches
Infant (2- 24 month) = 5 inch to 6 inches depend on design.
Toddler (2T to 5/6 T) = 7 to 8 inches
Youth - 9 to 10 inch
Adult - 10,5 to 12
you may go larger if you please, but it will fill more of your sheet.
Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent otherwise all artworks will be printed the way we receive them.
