April Anderson is the Managing Director of A-Squared Consulting Group and an accomplished enterprise program and project leader with more than 20 years of success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across the financial services industry. She is known for turning ambiguity into actionable plans and delivering transformational outcomes—improving operational eƯiciency by up to 40%, closing compliance gaps by
30%, and guiding global teams to execute complex programs on time and within scope.
Operating at the intersection of ministry and marketplace, April applies the same strategic discipline, governance rigor, and people-centered leadership in both corporate and faith-based environments. She serves as the Church Administrator for Siloam Church International, an intergenerational church, where she provides operational leadership, strengthens governance structures, and supports ministry eƯectiveness to ensure sustainable impact across generations.
Her professional expertise includes strategic planning, benefits realization, financial
oversight, and executive stakeholder engagement. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, April integrates process excellence with innovative problem-solving to align business, technology, regulatory, and mission-driven priorities. She has overseen multimillion-dollar portfolios, established enterprise governance frameworks, and designed resilient operating models that enable organizations to thrive in complexity.
April’s leadership influence extends globally through her work co-leading women’s
leadership initiatives, including LEAD for Women Enterprise, and founding the LEAD for
Women Atlanta chapter—creating access to mentorship, leadership development, and
advancement opportunities for thousands of women. She also serves on the Advisory
Council for The Crossfire Movement, further reflecting her commitment to community
transformation. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Policy Development from Georgia State University and a Master of Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is currently pursuing her PMP certification while continuing to expand her impact through executive consulting, ministry leadership, and community engagement.
